Terms and Conditions
Deposit is 50% of the total cost, due at time of booking in order to reserve your show date.
Final Payment is the second 50% of the total cost, due two weeks before the show date. If you pay in totality, half of the amount is still considered the deposit, and half is considered the final payment.
Deposit is 100% refundable up until a month before the show. Deposit is 50% refundable up to two weeks before the show. Deposit is no longer refundable at two weeks before the show. Final payment, due two weeks before the show, is refundable up until show date. If we have not received your final payment three days before the show, your show will be cancelled.
The Clue Collective only cancels shows if it has not received the final payment three days before the show. If you would like to reschedule your show, please contact us for options. There may be a 10% service fee to reschedule. Shows cancelled up to a month before the show receive their entire deposit back; shows cancelled up to two weeks before the show receive 50% of their deposit back; last minute cancellations (up until show performance day), do not receive any of the deposit back, but the final payment is eligible for a refund.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE GAME, EXHIBITION, EVENT, OR PERFORMANCE WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID SHOW. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER OF INJURY AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES. NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED.
Because of the nature of the show, we expect and are accustomed to food and beverage (including alcohol) at our events. However, performers are not expected to handle drunk and/or disorderly guests. There is no reason to touch performers without their permission, ever. If a performer feels unsafe for any reason, they may stop the show, and/or leave the event. Management and/or performers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management and/or performers to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Refunds are not given in the case of shows unfinished due to disorderly conduct.
Buying a show means you and your guests consent to the use of your/their images or likenesses incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. We encourage you to take video and/or still photos for memories of your event. Actors expect to be photographed. If you would like your photos displayed by The Clue Collective, feel free to email them to us, or display them on social media and tag us: #thecluecollective
Shows and show materials are the property of The Clue Collective, and may not be reproduced. Show materials, not including programs, pens, and awards, should be returned to actors at end of show.
The Clue Collective adheres to all CDC, California, and local health guidelines. In order to protect the health of our actors and your guests, we err on the side of caution at all times. If health guidelines allow for in-person gatherings for our shows, we currently require the show to be outdoors, and all guests and actors must be compliant with social distancing and masking. Before the show, you and your guests will receive a self health check questionnaire which needs to be returned before the show.
You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness - including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19, or any other bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during or after the event, and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against The Clue Collective or actors, relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.
